Michael S. Dantuma, Shareholder

Michael S. Dantuma received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School.

He has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts in trial and appellate proceedings, as well as administrative proceedings.  He is admitted to practice law in:

• Michigan state courts
• The United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan
• The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals

Mr. Dantuma's practice is concentrated in the representation of business clients, including commercial litigation and transactions.

He also maintains a criminal practice, which focuses on:

• Misdemeanors and felonies
• Representation of motor carrier drivers with respect to regulatory violations, civil infractions, and criminal matters
